Tiffani Thiessen Embraces Wellness: "Feeling Good" Over "Looking Good"

Tiffani Thiessen is prioritizing wellness like never before. The Saved by the Bell and Beverly Hills, 90210 alum, now 51, says her approach to health has evolved over the years—shifting from aesthetics to overall well-being.

In an exclusive chat with PEOPLE, Thiessen revealed that turning 50 was a pivotal moment. “Before I hit 50, I wanted to be in the best shape possible for that milestone,” she shared. To achieve that, she ramped up her workouts and focused on protein-rich nutrition.

Now, with a fresh perspective, Thiessen has partnered with Isopure to create protein-packed recipes, aligning perfectly with her new lifestyle. “In my 20s, it was all about looking good,” she admitted. “But in my 50s, my priority is feeling good—physically and mentally.”

A Balanced Approach to Fitness

Unlike her younger years, Thiessen no longer pushes herself through intense gym sessions. Instead, she enjoys activities that boost both physical and mental health, like hiking and playing pickleball with friends. “When you focus on mental well-being first, everything else falls into place,” she said.

A Healthy Family Focus

As a mom of two—Harper, 14, and Holt, 9—Thiessen is also mindful of her kids' nutrition. She developed a protein-rich carrot muffin recipe using Isopure’s zero-carb vanilla protein powder, ensuring a tasty yet nutritious option for her family.

“I love that these muffins are packed with pure protein and veggies,” she shared. “My kids are good eaters, but we can always do better.”

With her wellness journey in full swing, Thiessen is proving that health isn’t just about looking great—it’s about feeling strong, happy, and balanced at every stage of life.
