Majors was set to be a major player in the MCU as Kang the Conqueror, but his rising career took a sharp turn after he was convicted on two of four counts in his criminal trial. The case, which involved allegations of domestic violence against his ex-girlfriend, led to Marvel cutting ties with him just hours after the verdict.
Since then, Majors has been working to rebuild his reputation, but it appears that Marvel is moving forward without him. While fan theories have suggested a possible return, insiders confirm that there are no plans to rehire the actor—at least for now.
