Grimes is taking matters into her own hands—literally—by turning to Elon Musk’s own social media platform, X, to get his attention. The singer publicly pleaded with the billionaire on Thursday, revealing that one of their children is facing a medical crisis and she can’t seem to reach him.

“I am sorry to do this publicly but it is no longer acceptable to ignore this situation,” Grimes wrote in a desperate post. “This requires immediate attention. If you don’t want to talk to me, can you please designate or hire someone who can so that we can move forward on solving this? This is urgent, Elon.”

Grimes didn’t share specifics about the medical emergency but made it clear that their child’s well-being was at serious risk. When followers pressed her for more details, she refused to elaborate, stating only that she needed to talk to Musk to prevent “life-long impairment” for their child. And if that meant applying public pressure? So be it.

The former couple, who dated on and off between 2018 and 2022, share three children: son X Æ A-Xii (who recently made a high-profile appearance at the White House), daughter Exa Dark Sideræl, and son Techno Mechanicus. It’s unclear which child Grimes was referring to in her plea.

Interestingly, Grimes isn’t the only woman who’s had to take to X to get Musk’s attention lately. Just last week, Ashley St. Clair—frequent Fox News guest—claimed on X that she had given birth to Musk’s child five months ago and that he had ghosted her ever since. Musk publicly questioned the paternity of the child but didn’t engage further in the discussion online. Whether he’s contacted St. Clair privately remains a mystery.

Between running Tesla, SpaceX, and X itself, Musk is undeniably busy—but for Grimes, this seems to be a situation where he needs to hit pause on everything else and prioritize their child’s health. Whether her public call-out will work remains to be seen.
