According to a lawsuit filed Monday by attorney Tony Buzbee, the accuser—a then-rising rapper and singer—was performing at an L.A. nightclub when Diddy and his entourage arrived with bottles of Ciroc. An associate allegedly told him that if he impressed Diddy, he could land a deal with Bad Boy Records.
After his performance, the accuser says he was invited to the VIP section, where several well-known artists were using drugs. He claims Diddy personally sent him a drink, but after consuming it, he quickly felt dizzy and blacked out. While slipping in and out of consciousness, he allegedly saw Diddy and others engaging in group sex around him.
The lawsuit includes a photo of a small container, which the accuser claims was used by Diddy to spike drinks with GHB, commonly known as the "date rape drug."
At one point, he says he woke up to Diddy groping him and believes the mogul was performing oral sex on him. When he tried to resist, Diddy allegedly threatened to destroy his career. He managed to escape when Diddy insisted he have sex with a woman in the room—pretending he needed to use the bathroom before fleeing.
The lawsuit accuses Diddy and Bad Boy Entertainment of sexual battery and conspiracy.
Diddy’s legal team has dismissed the claims, calling them "facially ridiculous" and "demonstrably false." His attorneys told TMZ, "Mr. Combs cannot respond to every new publicity stunt... In court, the truth will prevail: that Mr. Combs never sexually assaulted or trafficked anyone—man or woman, adult or minor."
This lawsuit adds to the growing list of accusations against Diddy, fueling ongoing legal battles that have put his career under intense scrutiny.
