Rachel Lindsay and Bryan Abasolo Finalize Divorce Settlement

Rachel Lindsay, former star of The Bachelorette, and her ex-husband Bryan Abasolo have reached a settlement in their ongoing divorce proceedings. According to legal documents obtained by TMZ, the couple has agreed to divide their assets, ending the need for Lindsay to continue paying monthly spousal support.

As part of the settlement, Abasolo will receive the couple's Miami property, a 2021 Honda Accord, several bank accounts, his Breitling watch, and ownership of several LLCs in the fitness industry. Lindsay, in turn, will retain their North Hollywood home, a 2023 Porsche Macan, various artworks by Jad Najjar, and several bank accounts. Both parties have agreed to split the equity from Lindsay’s stake in the Fan Controlled Football League, an upstart sports organization.

Lindsay had publicly expressed regret over not signing a prenuptial agreement before their marriage, acknowledging its impact on the financial terms of their divorce. She had been paying Abasolo $13,257 per month in temporary spousal support, which has now ended. However, she will still be required to pay him a lump sum of $500,000 over the next year to equalize their asset distribution.

The couple's financial ties also include a joint investment in Molly’s Grape and Produce Co. The future profits from this venture will be split over the next five years, with details of the division to be determined based on the company’s performance.

Lindsay and Abasolo first met during the 13th season of The Bachelorette in 2017 and married in August 2019. After roughly four years of marriage, Lindsay filed for divorce in January 2024.
