The Frozen star teamed up with Instagram personality Tommy Marcus, also known as Quentin Quarantino, after he reached out to her with a DM about the challenges of the "broken healthcare system." Initially, Tommy asked Kristen to share a single GoFundMe page to help someone in need. With no pressure to participate, Kristen not only embraced the idea but took it even further.
In screenshots shared by Tommy, Kristen expressed her desire to "do more" and committed to donating $100,000 to support various medical fundraisers. She wanted to ensure her contributions reached those most in need.
To make her generosity impactful, Tommy suggested Kristen cover the remaining balance of each fundraiser he shared on Instagram once it hit the halfway mark. Kristen enthusiastically agreed and got to work.
Her donations have already made a huge difference. She contributed over $20,000 to support a third-grader battling leukemia and nearly $25,000 to help a patient named Murilo fighting the same illness. And this is just the beginning of her charitable efforts.
Tommy applauded Kristen for her extraordinary generosity, calling her contributions "some of the most important and impactful work we’ve ever done."
