Tom Sandoval Reflects on 11 Years with Vanderpump Rules Amid Reboot and Business Closure

Tom Sandoval is reflecting on his 11-year journey with Vanderpump Rules as the show undergoes a significant reboot. Following the announcement that season 12 will feature a fresh cast, Sandoval shared an emotional Instagram post on Saturday, expressing gratitude for his experiences and the people who made it possible.

In a heartfelt caption accompanying a montage of photos and videos from the show, Sandoval wrote, “Where do I begin… I’m overwhelmed with so many emotions right now… The unbelievable series of events that brought this group together still blows my mind to this day.” He described the show’s foundation as being built on “pure honest raw emotions,” highlighting the triumphs, struggles, and love that bonded the original cast.

Sandoval thanked Bravo, the production team, Lisa Vanderpump, Ken Todd, his castmates, and fans for their unwavering support. Reflecting on his personal growth, he acknowledged that some past decisions led to challenging times but taught him valuable lessons. He concluded with optimism, writing, “Despite the difficulties, I’m filled with gratitude for the learning experience and forever grateful for all of the memories. Until we meet again, Sandy.”

The news comes amid a challenging period for Sandoval. His split with longtime girlfriend Ariana Madix during season 10 made headlines after his affair with co-star Rachel Leviss came to light. Adding to his difficulties, Sandoval and his business partner, Tom Schwartz, recently announced the permanent closure of their Hollywood bar, Schwartz & Sandy’s.

As Vanderpump Rules prepares to move forward with a new cast, Sandoval’s reflective farewell underscores the lasting impact the show has had on its original stars and fans alike.
