Megan Thee Stallion Seeks Restraining Order Against Tory Lanez Over Alleged Ongoing Harassment

Megan Thee Stallion has taken new legal action against Tory Lanez, claiming his harassment continues despite his imprisonment. Megan filed for a restraining order, alleging that Lanez employs bloggers to spread false and damaging statements about her. Among them is Elizabeth Milagro Cooper, whom Megan sued earlier this year.

Megan’s legal team has reportedly obtained financial records showing that Lanez's father made several payments to Cooper between October 2020 and March 2022, totaling $3,000. Additionally, prison call logs allegedly reveal a conversation between Lanez and his father discussing these payments.

Megan accuses Lanez of orchestrating a campaign of "psychological warfare," which she says has severely impacted her mental health, leaving her depressed and isolated. In her filing, Megan stated, “I sometimes wish Tory would have shot and killed me if I had known I was going to go through this torture.”

Lanez is currently serving a 10-year sentence for shooting Megan in 2020 and is appealing his conviction. Megan claims his actions, including spreading false narratives, are part of his efforts to overturn his sentence. She is asking the court to prohibit Lanez from contacting or intimidating her, either directly or through others.
