Kelly Clarkson is bringing the holiday spirit—and some clever shade—in her latest album, When Christmas Comes Around… Again. The singer dropped a special "official album visualizer" on YouTube Thursday, and fans quickly noticed the sly message she included.

In the video, four stockings hang above a cozy fireplace. One reads "Mom," two are for her kids, River and Remy, and the fourth? A bold "Nope," clearly aimed at her ex-husband, Brandon Blackstock.

Fans loved the playful jab, with many laughing it up in the comments. It’s a cheeky reminder of Kelly’s feelings about Brandon, two years after their divorce settlement.

Their split wasn’t without drama. Kelly won ownership of their Montana ranch, a major point of contention, but she also had to pay Brandon spousal support, which ended earlier this year.

During their marriage, Brandon—who was also her manager—allegedly told Kelly she wasn’t “hot enough” to be a judge on The Voice. Clearly, he was wrong, as Kelly landed the role and became a fan favorite.

Kelly filed for divorce in 2020 after seven years of marriage and has since kept her dating life private. She recently shared in an interview that her kids still have a hard time imagining her with anyone other than their dad.
