Jamie Foxx Seeks Justice After Alleged Assault at Beverly Hills Restaurant

Jamie Foxx is determined to press charges following an alleged assault where he was hit in the face with a glass. Sources reveal the actor is cooperating fully with authorities to ensure such incidents don’t happen to others.

The incident occurred during Foxx's birthday celebration at Mr. Chow in Beverly Hills. Reports suggest the altercation began when a prank, involving a laser pointer projecting an inappropriate image onto Foxx's table, escalated. The stunt was allegedly linked to members of the "Jackass" production team.

Foxx reportedly confronted the pranksters, leading to someone throwing a heavy drinking glass, which struck him in the face and caused a cut on his mouth.

While no arrests have been made, police are investigating and have obtained video footage from the night. Authorities are also looking to speak with "Jackass" stuntman Jasper Dolphin, who was reportedly present. Dolphin, also known as a founding member of the rap group Odd Future, has not been named a suspect or person of interest yet.

The investigation is ongoing as authorities interview witnesses and review evidence.
