James Kennedy Arrested for Domestic Battery After Alleged Altercation with Woman

James Kennedy's reported altercation with a woman, which led to his domestic violence arrest, may have been more physical than initially believed.

A Burbank Police Daily Arrest Log reveals that an officer approached the "Vanderpump Rules" star and the woman at a residence on Tuesday night.

The log entry for Kennedy's case states the woman claimed her boyfriend lifted her and threw her to the ground. As reported, Kennedy was arrested for misdemeanor domestic battery involving a spouse or cohabitant.

Law enforcement sources previously revealed that Kennedy argued with the woman, whose name has not been disclosed, and at one point, grabbed her.

Police were called to the residence but saw no visible injuries on the woman. However, they still arrested James.

As reported, he was arrested Tuesday evening after attending Kathy Hilton's holiday party with his girlfriend, Ally Lewber.

Kennedy's attorney, Scott Leemon, stated, "We know there were no injuries and hope the city's attorney will decide not to press formal charges after a thorough review."
