Francesca Eastwood Cleared of Domestic Violence Charges Due to Lack of Evidence

Francesca Eastwood will not face charges following her recent felony domestic violence arrest. Sources reveal the District Attorney's office decided against prosecuting the case in October, citing insufficient evidence.

The case involved an alleged altercation between Francesca and her boyfriend while driving through Beverly Hills. After reportedly observing physical injuries on the boyfriend, police arrested Francesca when the couple arrived at the Beverly Hills Police Department. She was later released on $50,000 bail.

However, the boyfriend declined medical treatment and refused to cooperate with law enforcement, leading the D.A.'s office to drop the case.

Francesca, known for her roles in films like True Crime, Jersey Boys, and Old, continues her acting career with a part in the upcoming sports biopic Queen of the Ring. Her representatives have not yet commented on the matter.
