Diddy's Ex-Assistant Brendan Paul Cleared of Felony Drug Charges

Diddy's Ex-Assistant Brendan Paul Cleared of Felony Drug Charges

Brendan Paul, a former assistant to Diddy, is free from legal troubles in his Florida felony drug case. State prosecutors dropped the charges on Tuesday after Paul successfully completed a pretrial diversion program, as confirmed by his attorney, Brian Bieber.

Despite his involvement in Diddy's orbit, federal sources clarified that Paul did not enter any deal with federal prosecutors in the ongoing investigation into Diddy’s affairs.

Paul faced a felony drug possession charge following his March arrest at Miami-Opa Locka Executive Airport. Authorities allegedly discovered cocaine and marijuana-infused candy in his luggage during a search. His arrest coincided with federal raids on Diddy's properties in Los Angeles and Miami, part of a broader investigation into allegations of sex trafficking and related crimes.

While Diddy now faces a federal indictment and awaits trial in Brooklyn, Paul, a former Syracuse University basketball player, has avoided jail time and probation, marking a positive resolution to his case.
