Diddy Faces New Lawsuit Over Alleged "Wild King Nights" Parties

Sean "Diddy" Combs is facing fresh legal trouble as a former employee accuses him of organizing wild parties involving drugs, alcohol, and sex, according to a lawsuit obtained by TMZ. The accuser, Phillip Pines, claims he worked for Diddy from 2019 to 2021 and alleges he was forced to take part in arranging and cleaning up after these events, referred to as "Wild King Nights."

Claims in the Lawsuit

Pines alleges that his duties included setting up hotel rooms with specific items such as red lights, alcohol, marijuana, sexual enhancement products, and even sex machines. He claims these parties often lasted for days and involved multiple women.

According to Pines, Diddy made him clean up the aftermath of these gatherings, which included disposing of drugs, condoms, and sex toys, as well as cleaning bodily fluids and other messes. He also says he had to leave large tips for hotel staff to avoid drawing attention to the damage.

Alleged Abuse of Power

The lawsuit claims Diddy tested Pines' loyalty by forcing him to engage in sexual acts with women while Diddy watched. Pines also alleges he was treated poorly, describing himself as being "like an animal playing fetch."

COVID Concerns

The lawsuit mentions that during Diddy's birthday party in Turks and Caicos in November 2020, when Diddy had COVID-19, Pines was required to stay close to him despite the health risks. Pines also claims a celebrity guest contracted COVID at the party but was told to stay silent when questioned about it.

Diddy's Response

Diddy's legal team denies all accusations, stating, "No matter how many lawsuits are filed, it won't change the fact that Mr. Combs has never sexually assaulted or sex trafficked anyone." They added that Diddy is confident the judicial system will uncover the truth and that he will prevail in court.

Phillip Pines is seeking damages in this lawsuit, which includes allegations of sexual battery, harassment, and trafficking. This case adds to a growing list of legal challenges for the music mogul.
