Brad Pitt Demands Angelina Jolie Release Emails in Château Miraval Dispute

Brad Pitt has filed a motion asking a judge to compel Angelina Jolie to hand over potentially incriminating emails related to the sale of their $160 million Château Miraval winery. The ex-couple has been embroiled in a legal battle over Jolie's decision to sell her stake in the French vineyard to the Stoli Group.

Court documents allege that Jolie, 49, has withheld hundreds of communications, citing attorney-client privilege. Pitt, 60, argues that at least 126 of these emails involve no lawyers and should not be protected.

The documents claim Jolie is attempting to "suppress the truth" about the sale, accusing her of "stonewalling" for over two years. Pitt contends the emails could reveal unethical actions following their 2016 divorce.

A source familiar with the case suggested the legal battle could tarnish Jolie's reputation. "This already messy divorce is about to get even messier," they said.

The case continues as both parties remain at odds over the high-profile vineyard dispute.
