Tom Holland Reveals He Checks Google for Zendaya's Well-Being Amid Anxiety

Tom Holland recently opened up about his anxiety and protectiveness toward his girlfriend, Zendaya, during an appearance on Samah Dada’s “On the Menu” podcast. The “Spider-Man: Homecoming” star admitted that he sometimes checks Google to ensure she’s doing well, saying, “It’s more of a bit of an anxiety thing—but like I’ll check to see if everything’s good and just make sure we’re all cool.”

Holland, 28, mentioned that he isn’t active on social media, often deleting the apps when he’s not using them. To ease his worries, he conducts quick searches to find reassurance in the news about Zendaya, 28. He said, “I’m like, ‘She’s good. We’re fine.’”

His protectiveness was on full display last weekend in New York City, where he shielded Zendaya from a throng of paparazzi while they were out for dinner. A video from TMZ showed him politely moving a photographer to create space for her as they left the Nine Orchard Hotel, where they were seen walking hand-in-hand.

That evening, a social media clip captured Holland clearing a path for Zendaya after she stopped to sign autographs and was surrounded by enthusiastic fans. He gently pulled her away from the crowd, showcasing his commitment to her safety.

The couple coordinated their outfits for the night, with Zendaya wearing a striking leather Louis Vuitton dress while Holland opted for a casual yet stylish T-shirt and dress pants.

Holland and Zendaya first sparked romance rumors in July 2021 after they were photographed kissing in Los Angeles. They initially met while filming the “Spider-Man” franchise. Although they prefer to keep their relationship private, they occasionally express their affection publicly. In a 2021 interview, Holland shared how Zendaya provides vital support in navigating their rising fame, while Zendaya expressed her appreciation for his love and support in helping her stay grounded.
