Jost, known for his work on Saturday Night Live, recently celebrated Johansson’s milestone 40th birthday by throwing her a grand party. “He’s a very, very great guy,” she shared. “I’m extremely lucky. He’s thoughtful, hilarious, and a great dad. And he keeps things interesting with his naughty side.”
The conversation turned playful when co-host Mark Consuelos brought up the Staten Island Ferry Jost purchased with Pete Davidson for $280,000. Laughing, Johansson confirmed the ferry is still out of commission. However, it recently hosted Tommy Hilfiger’s Spring/Summer 2025 fashion show during New York Fashion Week, a move that delighted Johansson as the revenue helped cover docking fees.
Johansson joked about the ferry’s old-school bathrooms, which haven’t been updated. Despite this, the couple is considering renting the boat for more events after the success of Hilfiger’s show. Jost described the fashion show as “surreal,” praising Hilfiger’s team for making the unique venue work seamlessly.
Recalling her birthday celebration, Johansson praised Jost for pulling off a perfect surprise party, complete with martinis and cherished friends. She also complimented his knack for picking thoughtful gifts, including stunning jewelry.
The couple, who began dating in 2017, tied the knot in 2020. They share a two-year-old son, Cosmos, while Johansson is also mom to 10-year-old daughter Rose from her previous marriage to Romain Dauriac.
