Robert Vito Won't Face Felony Charges in Domestic Violence Case

Robert Vito, best known for his role in a Spy Kids film and other early 2000s TV shows, will not face felony charges in his domestic violence case. The Los Angeles County District Attorney’s Office has transferred the case to the City Attorney’s Office, where it could be considered for misdemeanor charges instead.

Earlier this month, Vito was arrested on felony domestic violence allegations after a dispute with his ex-girlfriend, Lindsey Jennings, at an L.A. home. According to reports, the argument became physical, with Jennings claiming that Vito pushed their son and threw him onto a couch. Though the child was not harmed, authorities noted visible marks on Jennings, which led to Vito’s arrest.

He was later released on a $50,000 bond, and a temporary restraining order was granted to Jennings. As of now, Vito’s representative has not responded to requests for comment.
