“I feel really proud that I'm all natural,” Paris told Sang, explaining that she’s avoided Botox, injectables, and surgery altogether. She attributes her healthy skin to staying out of the sun and following a skincare routine her mother, Kathy Hilton, taught her when she was just 8 years old. “My mom told me, ‘Paris, stay out of the sun,’” she said. Kathy also introduced Paris to a 10-step skincare regimen, which she’s followed faithfully throughout her life.
In addition to her daily routine, Paris has created a luxurious home spa to maintain her glow. The Paris In Love star has built a space called the "Sliving Spa," featuring LED lights, hydrafacial machines, a hyperbaric chamber, and cryotherapy. “It’s basically a real spa that you would see,” Paris shared, emphasizing her commitment to self-care.
Paris, who is married to entrepreneur Carter Reum and has two children, also joked about her plan to “live forever.” Her husband even suggests they need a spa in every home, given how important it is to their wellness routine.
While Paris has stayed out of the sun, she still enjoys a bronzed look with regular spray tans. She revealed in a previous interview with Allure that she’s been using spray tans since her teenage years, as she’s never wanted to be pale. She shared a fun moment on TikTok, where she was preparing for a photoshoot with her 1-year-old daughter, London. Paris joked about her daughter’s pale skin, saying, “You’ve never been in the sun, and we can’t spray tan you.”
Paris Hilton’s commitment to skincare, combined with her spa-inspired home treatments, is proof that she’s found the secret to aging gracefully while staying true to her natural beauty.
