Meghan Trainor Opens Up About Plans for Breast Augmentation Surgery

Meghan Trainor is openly sharing her plans to undergo plastic surgery, revealing that she’s excited to get a breast augmentation. During the November 20 episode of her Workin' on Upgrades podcast, the "Made You Look" singer discussed how her physical changes after having two children—sons Riley and Barry—have affected her appearance. Meghan explained that her breasts, which went through changes from breastfeeding, now feel like "saggy sacks," and she believes surgery is the best solution.

She also shared how her body has impacted her ability to wear certain outfits on stage. Meghan, who wrapped up her Timeless Tour in October, admitted that her breasts made it difficult to wear some of the amazing costumes, forcing her to rely on supportive bras that didn’t quite fit the look she wanted. "Those can’t be comfortable," she said, expressing her excitement for the upcoming procedure. Meghan made it clear that the surgery isn’t about changing the size of her breasts but improving her confidence.

Her brother Ryan Trainor and husband Daryl Sabara joined the conversation on the podcast. Ryan, who has also discussed his experiences with cosmetic procedures, joked about getting Botox last summer, a procedure Meghan had encouraged him to try. Despite their unfiltered discussions on cosmetic treatments, Meghan’s decision reflects her desire to feel more confident in her own body.
