Kanye West Sued by Ex-Employee Over Antisemitism, Lewd Conduct, and Hostile Work Environment

Kanye West is facing fresh legal troubles as a former employee, Murphy Aficionado, has filed a lawsuit accusing the rapper of antisemitism, lewd behavior, and creating a hostile work environment. The allegations include shocking incidents during supposed work meetings in late 2022.

According to the lawsuit obtained by TMZ, Aficionado, who served as a project manager for West, recalls a November 2022 meeting in a Beverly Hills hotel room. Upon entering, he allegedly found Kanye shirtless and out of breath, with his pants unbuttoned. Meanwhile, West’s girlfriend at the time, Bianca Censori, was reportedly topless, covering herself with her hands. Aficionado claims it was apparent the couple had just engaged in intimate activity.

During the encounter, Kanye allegedly referred to an individual as a "Jewish spy" and then abruptly joined Censori in another room, leaving Aficionado to wait. He claims he could hear explicit sounds suggesting the pair were engaging in sexual activity again.

The lawsuit also alleges that Kanye re-emerged minutes later wearing a T-shirt with a swastika and asked, “Don’t you like my shirt?” before sitting down and showing Aficionado nude photos of Kim Kardashian.

In another incident later that week, Aficionado claims Kanye summoned him to another hotel room. This time, West and a well-known NFL player were reportedly dressed in towels, preparing for massages. Aficionado alleges he endured more awkward waiting while explicit sounds from the bedroom suggested sexual activity.

Aficionado, who says he was fired last year, is suing for discrimination, retaliation, a hostile work environment, and unpaid wages. His attorney, William Reed, filed the lawsuit on Thursday.

Kanye West has yet to respond to these allegations.
