Cuoco humorously explained how exhausting it can be, telling Fallon, “Taking care of a 19-month-old is like taking care of your drunk best friend every day.” She went on to describe the constant chaos, saying, “They’re crying when they don’t get what they want, you’re making sure they make it to the bathroom, or you’re cleaning up after them.”
She further shared the ups and downs of daily life, “They’re out of their minds, and you’re making sure they don’t die all day long,” adding, “And then they black out, and you’re like ready to die, and they wake up and say, ‘What’s for breakfast?’”
Cuoco, who often shares snapshots of her family life on social media, also posted a sweet photo of Matilda smiling between her parents earlier this month. She captioned the picture, "When you tell her to ‘cheese’ and her face makes you cheese.”
The actress also revealed her struggles with daylight savings time and its effect on Matilda’s sleep schedule, joking on Instagram, “Now I know. I get it. I see you. Why is the world doing this to us?”
Cuoco and Pelphrey welcomed Matilda in March 2023, calling her the "new light of our lives" in a heartfelt announcement on Instagram.
