Grace Jabbari Drops Defamation and Assault Lawsuit Against Jonathan Majors

Jonathan Majors’ legal battle with his ex, Grace Jabbari, has officially ended as she has dropped her defamation and assault lawsuit. According to court documents filed on Thursday, both parties agreed to dismiss all claims with prejudice, ensuring they cannot be refiled in the future.

While it remains unclear whether a settlement was reached, Jabbari’s decision to withdraw the lawsuit closes a tumultuous chapter in their legal dispute. Her initial lawsuit, filed in March, alleged multiple instances of abuse during their relationship, which began in 2021. Among her claims, she accused Majors of throwing her against a shower wall and assaulting her in a car in March 2023.

These allegations became a focal point in Majors’ assault trial, where he was convicted of misdemeanor assault and harassment but acquitted of other charges. He was sentenced in April 2024 to one year of counseling with no jail time.

Majors has consistently denied Jabbari’s accusations. Despite the legal closure, the allegations and his conviction have left a significant impact on his career.
