The first lawsuit involves a Maryland woman, identified as Jane Doe, who says she was 18 when the incident occurred in 2001 outside a New York City Halloween party. She alleges that Diddy’s security team escorted her to a limousine, where she was given a drink that left her disoriented. She claims she was then forced to perform sexual acts on Diddy and his security team before being allowed to leave.
The second case, brought by a Florida man identified as John Doe, describes an incident at a Miami after-party. He alleges that he was drugged, fell in and out of consciousness, and awoke to find Diddy attempting to sexually assault him. The man claims he was unable to resist due to the effects of the drugs and later woke up naked, escorted out of the residence.
Diddy’s legal team denies all allegations, calling the lawsuits "shameless publicity stunts" aimed at extracting money. They maintain that Diddy has not sexually assaulted or trafficked anyone. Both accusers are seeking damages.
