Ashley Darby Officially Files for Divorce from Michael Darby After 2-Year Separation

Ashley Darby, star of The Real Housewives of Potomac, has officially taken steps to end her marriage to Michael Darby. After more than two years of separation, court records confirm that Ashley has filed for divorce from the businessman.

Michael revealed to TMZ that the couple has already reached "an amicable and fair settlement," thanks to a prenuptial agreement. The settlement, filed with the court, includes their agreement to share custody of their two sons, Dean and Dylan.

Fans of RHOP have closely followed Ashley’s journey, as she often discussed her plans to file for divorce but delayed the process until now. During her recent appearance on Watch What Happens Live, she hinted at a significant update about her divorce, promising more details at the upcoming reunion.

Ashley announced the couple’s separation in April 2022, citing different life stages as the reason for the split after nearly eight years of marriage. She emphasized their commitment to co-parenting, stating, "While our romantic bond is broken, we will always love and respect each other... putting our hearts and souls into raising our two beautiful boys."

Since the separation, Ashley briefly dated Summer House star Luke Gulbranson but hasn’t publicly confirmed a new relationship. Meanwhile, Michael and Ashley appear to be prioritizing a positive co-parenting relationship as they finalize their divorce.
