In an interview with Women’s Wear Daily, Anderson described her return to Canada as a “homecoming” and a chance to reflect on her identity, focusing on who she really is rather than how others perceive her. “I didn’t want anything that had happened to me to define me. I wanted what I do to define me,” she explained.
Anderson previously opened up about her struggles when she moved back to Canada in an interview with Better Homes & Gardens. She admitted that she felt lost and overwhelmed by sadness and loneliness. Reflecting on her past, she recognized a sense of failure and felt misunderstood, believing she had put her family and children through a lot. She has two sons, Brandon, 28, and Dylan, 26, with ex-husband Tommy Lee.
After relocating, Anderson dedicated time to renovating a property for her parents and embraced new hobbies like writing and baking. This period of self-discovery led to her 2023 memoir, Love, Pamela, and her cookbook, I Love You, which was published in October 2024.
Currently, Anderson is promoting a new vegan skincare product called Sonsie, which she co-owns. The cleanser was inspired by her beloved rose garden, a place where she found herself again.
In addition to her entrepreneurial ventures, Anderson continues to act. She recently appeared in The Last Showgirl, which premiered at the Toronto Film Festival in September and is set for a theatrical release on January 10. She is also slated to star in a new Naked Gun film alongside Liam Neeson.
Despite her busy schedule, Anderson expressed that she doesn’t quite know how she balances her various roles. She feels fortunate that everything has aligned for her, allowing her to embrace this new chapter in her life.
