Bruce Springsteen Endorses Kamala Harris, Calls Trump an "American Tyrant" at Georgia Rally

Bruce Springsteen, known as "The Boss," made a powerful statement at a campaign rally in Clarkston, Georgia, where he performed in support of Vice President Kamala Harris. Wearing his signature blue jeans and vest, Springsteen played three of his songs, including "The Promised Land," as he voiced his opposition to Donald Trump, calling him an "American tyrant."

Springsteen addressed the crowd, expressing his support for Harris and her running mate, Tim Walz. He emphasized the importance of electing leaders who respect the Constitution, support the rule of law, and fight for the middle class. He stated, "Kamala Harris is the only candidate who holds these principles dear," urging voters to support her in the upcoming election.

The musician has a history of endorsing Democratic candidates and took the opportunity to criticize Trump, saying he does not understand what it means to be "deeply American." He confirmed he will be casting his vote for Harris and Walz on November 5th, calling on others to do the same.

Springsteen wrapped up his performance with "Land of Hope and Dreams" and "Dancing in the Dark," hinting at more to come. The rally also featured appearances by actor Samuel L. Jackson, directors Spike Lee and Tyler Perry, and former President Barack Obama. Harris concluded the night with a speech.

Earlier in the month, Springsteen endorsed Harris and Walz in an Instagram video, praising their commitment to inclusivity and their vision for a fairer economy. Throughout his career, Springsteen has frequently supported Democratic candidates, including Hillary Clinton in 2016 and Joe Biden in 2020.
