Fischer encouraged others to get regular mammograms, noting that her own diagnosis came after a routine screening, where doctors found something in her left breast. She continues to receive medication infusions but is feeling healthy and happy.
Fischer shared this news during Breast Cancer Awareness Month to inspire others and raise awareness about the importance of early detection.
