Jake Paul Eyes Future Showdown with Canelo After Tyson Fight

Jake Paul is laser-focused on his upcoming megafight against boxing legend Mike Tyson, but he’s already setting his sights on a future showdown with none other than Canelo Alvarez. The 27-year-old YouTuber-turned-boxer is confident that when the time comes for him to face the Mexican boxing great, he’s not just stepping into the ring for the thrill of it — he’s there to win.

In a recent interview on TMZ Sports, Paul made it clear that he believes a fight with Canelo is inevitable. “Everything I’ve said has come true,” Jake confidently told the show’s host, Babcock. "Canelo should be awake at night because I’m coming for him. The fight is going to happen, and I will win and shock the whole world. This is me speaking it into existence.”

For those who might roll their eyes at his bold claims, Paul has a message. He pointed out that people also doubted him when he predicted victories against MMA stars Tyron Woodley and Anderson Silva. “You’re crazy until you’re not,” Paul said, standing by his track record of proving the critics wrong.

Before that future clash with Canelo, however, Jake has a huge challenge in front of him — facing “Iron” Mike Tyson in just five weeks. Paul admits the thought of going toe-to-toe with the heavyweight icon is intimidating. “Definitely,” he said when asked if he ever has moments of doubt. “Especially moving up to heavyweight, where [Tyson] has the weight advantage. He’s insanely powerful, and I know he’s taking it seriously.”

The fight was initially delayed after Tyson had a medical issue earlier this year, but Paul assures fans that Mike is back to full health and ready to go. “It’s Mike Tyson or nothing," Jake said, "but first and foremost, he’s healthy and feeling amazing, doing great in camp.”

With the November 15 fight just around the corner, all eyes are on Jake Paul as he prepares to take on one of the most feared boxers of all time, while still plotting his next big move in the sport.
