This summer, Halle raised concerns that Olivier was trying to back out of co-parenting therapy. She requested the judge intervene, insisting that he return to therapy. In new legal documents obtained by TMZ, it was revealed that the judge ruled in Halle's favor, although it was noted that Olivier had already complied with her request after she brought the issue to court.
Halle and Olivier, who were married from 2013 to 2016, finalized their divorce only last August after eight years of legal proceedings. They share an 11-year-old son, Maceo.
In the recent ruling, the judge ordered both parents to avoid discussing custody matters in front of their son and to refrain from making negative remarks about each other or their partners in his presence.
As of now, there has been no response from Olivier's representatives regarding the ruling.
