Diddy Accused of Violent Rape in Retaliation for Tupac Comment, New Lawsuit Claims

Sean "Diddy" Combs is facing serious accusations in a new lawsuit filed by Ashley Parham, who alleges that the music mogul violently raped her in retaliation for her comments linking him to the murder of Tupac Shakur. According to Parham, the horrifying incident took place after she made a remark during a FaceTime call in 2018, saying she believed Diddy had something to do with the late rapper's death.

Parham's lawsuit claims that after the call, Diddy warned her she would "pay" for her comment. A month later, Parham says she was lured to a home in Orinda, California, by a man she had met at a bar. There, she alleges Diddy appeared unexpectedly, holding a knife to her face, threatening to give her a "Glasgow smile"—a violent form of mutilation. Parham says she was terrified but that Diddy’s consultant, Kristina Khorram, intervened, telling Diddy not to cut her face because they could "sell" her for sex.

In a deeply disturbing account, Parham claims Diddy, along with others, proceeded to sexually assault her in what she describes as a "gangbang-style rape." She says that after the initial attack, Diddy brutally raped her using a TV remote. The assault didn’t end there, as Parham alleges Diddy later raped her anally and instructed two other men to follow suit. Another man, she claims, assaulted her vaginally.

The lawsuit describes how Parham was left incapacitated while Diddy and his companions went outside to smoke. After regaining some control of her body, she attempted to escape but encountered Diddy again, who offered her money to say the attack was consensual. She says Diddy threatened her, warning that no one would believe her and that he could harm her family if she spoke out. According to Parham, one of Diddy's associates even showed her a live-stream of her sister’s home as an intimidation tactic.

Despite the trauma, Parham says she managed to escape after a struggle, during which she grazed Diddy with a knife before running to safety. She claims she screamed for help from neighbors, and though law enforcement was contacted, she says the Contra Costa County Sheriff's Department didn’t properly investigate her claims. She also reportedly approached the Walnut Creek and Orinda Police Departments, but no active investigation was opened.

Parham is being represented by attorneys Ariel Mitchell and Shawn Perez. This case stands apart from the 120 other sexual assault lawsuits Texas attorney Tony Buzbee is planning to file against Diddy.

These allegations are just the latest in a series of legal battles for Diddy, casting a shadow over his public image as one of the most powerful figures in the music industry. Neither Diddy nor his legal team has responded to this specific lawsuit at this time.
