Liz alleges that Jessica has been sending inappropriate texts to Cooper, trying to get him to spend time alone with her. One message reportedly invited Cooper to the jacuzzi while asking his wife to stay home and put their daughter to bed. Another text allegedly suggested Cooper help Jessica open a bottle of wine, and there was even a reference to her wanting a "toilet selfie" from him.

The suit also claims Jessica has made bold attempts to catch Cooper's attention, like playing cornhole near their home and showing up to their daughter's birthday party in a revealing bikini, while leaving her own child behind.
