Shifty Shellshock's Death Ruled an Accidental Overdose

Shifty Shellshock, the lead singer of Crazy Town, passed away in June, with the cause of death now confirmed as an accidental overdose. The Los Angeles County Medical Examiner revealed that Seth Binzer, his real name, died due to a combination of fentanyl, methamphetamine, and cocaine. Although his manager, Howie Hubberman, initially believed Seth had mixed prescription and street drugs, the official report confirms it was a lethal combination of narcotics.

Seth, 49, had long struggled with addiction, and when first responders arrived at his home, they found drug paraphernalia and a lighter, leading them to suspect an overdose. He was pronounced dead shortly after midnight on June 24. In August, his friends and fans gathered in Los Angeles to honor his memory and celebrate his life.
