Jonathan Majors Makes Public Appearance at Famous Monsters Festival After Legal Issues

Jonathan Majors will be making an appearance at a spooky event.

On Sunday, September 15, the actor will visit the Valley Forge Casino Resort in King of Prussia, Pennsylvania, for the Famous Monsters Festival. At the event, the 35-year-old will have a special treat for fans who are willing to pay for it.

The Hollywood Reporter says that at the event, fans can buy autographs for $140 and professionally taken photos for $160. The Creed III star confirmed he will be there in a promotional video posted on the festival’s social media.

The caption teased: “Jonathan Majors is making his very first convention signing appearance! If you’re in King of Prussia, PA on September 14th and 15th, you can meet the star of Loki, Ant-Man and the Wasp: Quantumania, Creed III, Lovecraft Country, and more! Limited presale tickets for photos and autographs are available now…”

The Famous Monsters Festival will be one of Jonathan Majors' first public appearances since attending events with Meagan Good. This comes after he was convicted of reckless assault and harassment in December 2023. In April, the Lovecraft Country star was sentenced to 52 weeks in a domestic violence intervention program.

In June, he was honored with the Perseverance Recognition at the Hollywood Unlocked Impact Awards in Los Angeles.

While accepting the award, the actor said, “As a Black man in the criminal justice system, I felt anger, sadness, and surprise. When they arrested me, I didn’t feel like myself. I felt like a scared, weak boy, even though I had support and evidence on my side. It was tough because of who I am, and this kind of thing happens too often to Black people.”
