Evan Spiegel and Miranda Kerr Sell Brentwood Mansion for $16 Million

Snapchat CEO Evan Spiegel and his wife, Miranda Kerr, have sold their impressive Los Angeles home for $16 million. The couple initially listed their Brentwood mansion in March for $19.95 million, later reducing the price to $17.75 million in July before finalizing the sale. They purchased the property for $12 million in 2016, making a substantial profit.

The mansion features six bedrooms, eight bathrooms, a formal dining room, a luxurious marble bathroom, and a balcony with stunning city views. This property has Hollywood history, previously owned by actor Harrison Ford, who bought it for $1 million in 1983 and sold it in 2012.

Spiegel and Kerr have been active in the real estate market. Recently, Miranda sold her Malibu home for $4.1 million, a property she acquired a decade ago following her split from Orlando Bloom. The couple is now residing in a remarkable $145 million estate in the exclusive Holmby Hills neighborhood of Los Angeles.
