Diddy Criticized for Stockpiling Baby Oil, Experts Warn Against Its Use as Lubricant

Diddy is in the spotlight for an unusual reason, with a federal indictment revealing that over 1,000 bottles of baby oil and lubricant were found at his Miami and Beverly Hills homes. While this might seem like a personal preference, experts from the sex industry are raising concerns about his choice of products.

According to various brothels in the Vegas area, baby oil is not a safe or recommended lubricant. A spokesperson for Chicken Ranch Brothel highlighted that baby oil can disrupt a woman’s pH balance, potentially leading to issues like bacterial vaginosis. This view is echoed by Sagebrush Ranch, which warned that baby oil can damage condoms, increasing the risk of unwanted pregnancies and STDs. Love Ranch added that while baby oil may have its uses during intimate moments, it should not be used as a lubricant for actual intercourse for the same health and safety reasons.

The overwhelming response from these establishments is that 1,000 bottles of any kind of lube is an extreme amount. Even the brothels that do stock lubricant, such as Mustang Ranch and Baby Hacienda Ranch, keep only a few boxes on hand. They also mention that several big brands offer safer and more effective alternatives to baby oil for sexual activity.

Holly Madison, former girlfriend of Hugh Hefner and star of "The Girls Next Door," shared her own experience. She recalled Hefner using baby oil as a lubricant despite her objections, explaining on her "Girls Next Level" podcast that the oil can cause infections by upsetting the body’s natural pH levels.

Experts agree: baby oil might be fine for massages, but it should not be used as a sexual lubricant. Diddy might want to rethink his supply, or at the very least, consider sharing it with those who could make use of it.
